Committed to having a greater impact on the industry and guiding other investment advisors on their path to indisputable results, Doug joined The Massimo Group in 2010.
Every day since then, Doug has strived to help his coaching clients continuously optimize their sales income while creating more margin for enjoying it.
In recognition of his efforts, Doug became the first recipient of the Massimo Coach of the Year Award in 2015.
In 2021, the coach of the year award was renamed in his honor.
Over the years, Doug has been recognized for his continued success receiving an array of other awards including being a three-time recipient of the Gulf Coast Association of Realtors Commercial Diamond Award for highest commissions earned, and a two-time recipient of Grubb and Ellis’ Circle of Excellence Award recognizing the top 3% of brokers nationwide.
Doug’s commitment to results, discipline, and excellence was fostered early in life while serving our country in the United States Air Force. Doug joined the Air Force soon after high school and served for four years until he was honorably discharged in 1984.
Doug has been married to Angie since 1986. They have one grown son and one grandson. In his time off, he enjoys boating, fishing, and just being on the water.
